I.
WHAT DO YOU SEE, WHAT DO I SEE.

Opening at The Cleaners in collaboration with Ace Hotel Portland, ‘What do you see, what do I see’ brought together artists from Portland to NYC in an ephemeral, interactive showing that highlighted the many ways that art can be both experienced and interpeted. 

‘What do you see, what do I see’ also launched the soft re-opening for the iconic Portland bar Pepe Le Moko.

ARTISTS: Lena Vasilenko, Emma Strgar, Benjamin Ewing, Taylor Loutsis, Qu Metcalf, and Austin Fields.


II.
FUTURE IS NOW

The ‘Future is Now’ debuted at The Cleaners in partnership with Ace Hotel Portland, focusing on AI art and digital experiences. The event featured an AI photobooth where attendees could take their picture and then recieve a generative portrait of their likeness, as well as a host of projected works. 

ARTISTS: Luke Strgar, Libby Landauer, Lena Vasilenko, Emma Strgar, Benjamin Ewing, Taylor Loutsis, Qu Metcalf, and Austin Fields.



III.
WORKS OF LIGHT

For Oregon Contemporary’s annual Spring Auction after-party,‘Works of Light’ welcomed guests into an interactive array of architechtural light installations, encompassing a 100 square foot LED cube, archway, and house.

The installation invited guests to step inside and reflect on the sense of presence of space.

IV.
WHEN WE MET CLOSING PARTY


In partnership with One Grand Gallery and Benjamin Ewing, Ethereal Reflections produced and hosted the closing celebration for When We Met. Guests were treated to an edible installation, drinks, ice cream sundaes, and DJ Timothy Bee on vinyl.


V.
ETHEREAL REFLECTIONS CLUB 001



A “paint-and-sip” party that gathered creatives from all realms to make art. Each attendee was provided with a canvas and a large assortment of paints, brushes, and the like to make their very own masterpiece. Delectable japche noodles by Nandita Kumar of @ nanbecooking were served, as well as fortune cookies and wine galore.




VI.
ETHEREAL REFLECTIONS CLUB 002


In collaboration with Frances May, Club 002 was a murder mystery party unlike any other on the evening of Friday the 13th. Each guest was assigned a character with a complicated backstory—and each had their own secrets to keep, things to find out, and gossip to spread. Over the course of 3 rounds of gameplay, tensions rose until the murderer was revealed! Comparta treated guests to a beautiful display of food, and Ethereal Reflections provided beverages and a wine tower installation for attendees. 



VII.
CHINDOGU: ART FOR ARTS SAKE



Kenji Kawakami, describes them as "un-useless", Chindogu are inventions that defy concise explanation. Celebrating art for arts sake, our Curious Objects show welcomed all.  Brought to you by the Ace Hote, Post Familiar Wine and pizza from Sizzle Pie.

CLUB 003: Play with your food. Guests were invited to embark on a culinary odyssey beyond the ordinary. Sip Suzor wine and sculp an edible creation at the Kozha Numbers studio.

PARTAKE IN ME - ANNIVERSARY SHOW

In celebration of our one year anniversary, Ethereal Reflections opening party for ‘Partake In Me’ brings out over 300 people. A show highlighting some of our favorite artists, hosted at One Grand Gallery. ‘Partake in me’ reflects on the personal relationship between the artist and the art. A curated selection that begs the question - who deserves to partake? With 100% of sales going back to the artists, we invite the attendees to not just observe..but to partake fully.



READING CEREMONIES 

A monthly gathering where guests read amongst friends, listen to jazz vinyl and sip on a perfect glass of wine.
